David Michaels and Homer Wade are the managing partners of Redwolf Development Company.

Mr. Michaels has been involved in real estate since 1986. His background includes a mechanical engineering degree from N.C. State University and an MBA with a concentration in real estate from UNC–Chapel Hill. He has gained extensive experience developing several thousand building lots throughout North Carolina by working with a major regional homebuilder for twelve years and, since 1998, with Redwolf Development. He is currently the principal owner of Sitework Services, Inc., a consulting company specializing in land acquisition & development, project management and brokerage. Sitework Services works closely with Redwolf Development but also with other clients as well. He is also a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina.

Mr. Wade is the principal owner of Borum Wade and Associates, a trusted civil engineering and surveying firm located in Greensboro that has served a variety of residential and commercial clients throughout the greater Triad area for over thirty years. He is a graduate of N.C. State University with a degree in civil engineering and is a licensed North Carolina Professional Engineer and Surveyor.
